Acceptance of Terms
By creating a yaproxy account or using any yaproxy service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account and Billing
yaproxy operates on a pre-paid wallet model. You must maintain a positive balance to use proxy and API services. Requests are blocked automatically when your balance reaches zero — no credit is extended. All charges are final; refunds are issued at our discretion for verified billing errors only. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension.
Acceptable Use
You may not use yaproxy for activities that violate applicable law, target services in ways that violate those services' terms of use, conduct distributed denial-of-service attacks, scrape personal data in violation of privacy laws (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), or access systems without authorization. We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in abusive activity without notice.
Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime for the control plane and proxy network, but make no binding SLA guarantee unless separately agreed in writing. Scheduled maintenance, upstream BrightData network issues, or force majeure events are excluded from uptime calculations. Credits for downtime are issued at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, yaproxy's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or data loss.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Hong Kong, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
